Hospital Discharge Companionship in Hertford and Ware
The first days back home after a hospital stay are often the hardest, especially for older people living alone in Hertford, Ware or the surrounding SG11 to SG14 area. An AirCarers companion can travel home with your relative or be there waiting when they arrive, pop out to get milk, bread and provisions in so there is food in the house, make sure the home is warm, comfortable and welcoming, and stay for company through those first uneasy days. It is particularly helpful when you live far away or abroad, when you are already stretched looking after someone else, or when the discharge came suddenly with no time to prepare.
