Accessibility Statement
Most of the people who use AirCarers Companion are older, and a good number of them are booking on a phone with a cracked screen and reading glasses on. That shapes how the site is built: body text at a comfortable size, generous tap targets, clear colour contrast, plain labels rather than clever ones, and pages that still work if you increase your browser's text size or use a screen reader. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA.
We are not claiming perfection. Some pages are better than others and we keep finding things to fix. If any part of this site is hard for you or for the person you are helping, please tell us and we will treat it as a fault rather than a suggestion.
