Eureka Care Services is a CQC registered domiciliary care provider based in Hertford, offering regulated personal care at home with a formal care plan. AirCarers Companion is the option for the stage before personal care is needed, or alongside it: friendly company, outings and light help for older people in Hertford, Ware and the SG11 to SG14 area. Eureka is the better fit if your relative needs help with washing, dressing or medication, or if you want a CQC registered provider with a formal assessment and care plan.
AirCarers Companion is a companionship platform, not a CQC registered agency, and does not provide personal or clinical care. Every companion is enhanced DBS checked, ID verified, fully insured and trained; you pick the person yourself from public profiles, rates are shown upfront from £25 per hour, companions keep 80% of what you pay, and there are no contracts or minimum hours.
