Question 2

Is AirCarers Companion a care agency?

No. We are a companionship service, not a CQC regulated care agency. We connect families with self-employed, vetted companions for social visits, conversation, accompanied outings and a little help around the home.

How are companions vetted?

Accepted Answer

Every companion is DBS checked, fully insured and trained before their first visit. Companions check in and out by GPS so families can see when a visit starts and ends.

Question 4

How much does companionship cost?

Accepted Answer

Companions set their own rates. Most currently charge around £25 to £35 per hour.

Question 5

How do I arrange a companion?

Accepted Answer

Call 07455 750006 or email lucie@aircarers.co.uk and we will help you find the right companion nearby.
