Become a self-employed companion with AirCarers Companion, supporting older people across Hertford, Ware, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne and the SG11 to SG14, EN10 and EN11 postcodes. You set your own hourly rate, choose your own hours, accept the bookings that suit you, and keep 80% of what families pay. A small platform fee keeps the lights on; the rest is yours.
Every companion is enhanced DBS checked, ID verified, reference checked, fully insured and trained in safeguarding and lone working before their first visit. This is companionship and light support, not regulated personal care.
